Starter Template: The Essential Tracker

The Essential Tracker is perfect for your first ten orders. It contains all the basic columns we recommend: Product, Category, Price, Quantity, Supplier, Date, and Status. No formulas, no complexity, just a clean grid that works.

To use it, open the template, make a copy for yourself, and start typing. The header row is frozen, so you will never lose track of what each column means.

Multi-Category Template

If you buy across multiple categories, shoes, hoodies, jackets, accessories, the Multi-Category Template adds sorting and filtering power. It includes a dropdown for category selection and a summary row that counts items per category automatically.

This template shines when your monthly orders exceed twenty items. Filters let you view only Shoes orders, only Pending items, or only orders placed in the last seven days.

Profit Tracker Template

For resellers, tracking profit is non-negotiable. The Profit Tracker Template adds Selling Price, Profit, and Margin columns with pre-built formulas. Enter your cost and selling price, and the sheet calculates everything else.

How to Download and Customize
